Clinton is 8-2 against Elk City since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Red Tornadoes will host the Elks at 7:00 p.m. Elk City took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Clinton, who comes in off a win.

Clinton is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They put the hurt on Bridge Creek with a sharp 40-20 victory on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Tornadoes.

Meanwhile, Elk City played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Elgin, falling 54-7. The Elks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-0.

Elk City dropped their record down to 2-3 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Clinton, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3.

Clinton came out on top in a nail-biter against Elk City when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 24-21. Will the Red Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Elks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
