Preview: Richmond Blue Devils vs. Yale Bulldogs
Richmond is 9-1 against Yale since January of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Richmond Blue Devils will be home for the holidays to greet the Yale Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m.
Last Saturday, Richmond was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 41-37 to Cardinal Mooney Catholic.
Meanwhile, Yale put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 60-40 margin over Marine City. That 60-40 margin sets a new team best for Yale this season.
Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Yale, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.
Richmond strolled past Yale when the teams last played back in February by a score of 70-52. Does Richmond have another victory up their sleeve, or will Yale turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
