Volleyball Recap: Lake Norman Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lake Norman Christian was the 3-2 winner over Woodlawn when they last played one another on September 2nd, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell just short of the Trailblazers by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake Norman Christian took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-13, 26-28, 16-25, 25-23, 15-13.

Lake Norman Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Woodlawn, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Lake Norman Christian will venture away from home to challenge Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodlawn, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Victory Christian Center at 5:30 p.m. on the 29th.
