Issaquah managed to slip by Liberty the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Patriots on Tuesday. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Liberty scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17, 25-19.

Bryn Walcott paced Issaquah's offense, picking up 23 kills. Walcott got some help from Zoe Bloch and her 16 assists.

Issaquah's defeat dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Liberty, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-2.

Issaquah has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Sammamish on the 30th. Liberty does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
