Basketball Recap: Slater Comes Up Short

Slater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 62-30 loss at the hands of the Glasgow Yellowjackets. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 484th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 157th).

Slater's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Glasgow, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-5.

Slater has already played their next matchup (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Glasgow has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Sturgeon.
