Orange Lutheran won the last time they faced Mater Dei and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lancers blew past the Monarchs, posting a 60-6 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won 15 contests by 22 points or more so far this season.
Makena Cook produced another solid performance throwing for 329 yards and eight TDs while completing 78.4% of her passes. Orange Lutheran's leading receiver Brookelynn Vanderkallen was Cook's top target yet again, picking up 83 receiving yards and three scores.

Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.7 points over those games. As for Mater Dei, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season.
Orange Lutheran has already played their next game, a 21-20 loss against JSerra Catholic on the 9th. As for Mater Dei, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 25-6 defeat against La Habra on the 8th.
