Clinton Grace Christian waltzed into their game on Sunday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They enjoyed a cozy 64-50 win over the Sidwell Friends Quakers. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 72-50 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Sidwell Friends lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jalyn Collingwood, who shot 45% from the field en route to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ian Condon, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 11 boards.

Clinton Grace Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Clinton Grace Christian will face off against Evergreen Christian at 1:45 p.m. on Monday. This will be Clinton Grace Christian's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Sidwell Friends, they will be playing at home against Riverdale Baptist at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
