Jack Primus leads Upsala to victory over Holdingford

Recap: Upsala Cardinals vs. Holdingford Huskers
Even though the Upsala Cardinals have not done well against the Holdingford Huskers recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Upsala took down Holdingford 79-63. Upsala's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Among those leading the charge was Jack Primus, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Aden Warga, who scored 17 points along with 7 rebounds.
Upsala's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Holdingford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Upsala will face off against Brandon/Evansville at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Holdingford will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Little Falls at 5:45 p.m. on December 8th.
