Volleyball Game Preview: Diman RVT Bengals vs. Brockton Boxers

Diman RVT extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Joselaine Jimenez. The Bengals put the hurt on Southeastern RVT with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday for which the team can thank Jimenez, who had 21 digs and three aces. Jimenez is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

The win didn't come easy: Southeastern RVT scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23, 25-22.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Brockton and New Bedford had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Boxers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Whalers on Wednesday, sneaking past 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Boxers in their matchups with the Whalers: they've now won three in a row.

Diman RVT now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Brockton, their win bumped their record up to 14-1.
