Baseball Recap: Saint Ignatius College Prep Takes a Loss

Saint Ignatius College Prep lost against Loyola Academy on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wolfpack fell just short of the Ramblers by a score of 3-2. The Wolfpack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sebastian Cuadros was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. Saint Ignatius College Prep is 4-2 when Cuadros allows one or fewer earned runs, but 6-16 otherwise.

Saint Ignatius College Prep's record now sits at 10-18. As for Loyola Academy, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-16.
