Basketball Recap: Indian Lake Takes a Loss

Indian Lake was the 61-49 winner over Anna when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Indian Lake Lakers fell just short of the Anna Rockets by a score of 65-63 on Saturday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (56), the Lakers still had to take the loss.

Indian Lake's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Anna, they moved to 5-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Lake will welcome Bellefontaine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Anna, they will square off against Russia at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Russia's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight contests.
