With a playoff win on the line, Gardner-Edgerton rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Blue Valley Northwest Huskies. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trailblazers.

Amelia Wilhite paced Gardner-Edgerton's offense, picking up ten kills. Wilhite got some help from Emma Arel and her 13 assists. Charlee Latteman and Tori Thompson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Gardner-Edgerton's victory bumped their record up to 26-10. As for Blue Valley Northwest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-24 record this season.

Gardner-Edgerton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Olathe Northwest on the 25th. Blue Valley Northwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
