Basketball Recap: Sudan Takes a Loss

Sudan was the 64-60 winner over Ropes when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets had to suffer through a 76-34 loss at the hands of the Eagles. The Hornets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-15.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sudan fell to 3-1. As for Ropes, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

Coming up, Sudan will challenge Tatum at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Ropes, they will head out to square off against Lamesa at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
