St. Vincent is a perfect 6-0 against Swainsboro since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. St. Vincent's will look to defend their home pitch against Swainsboro at 5:00 p.m. St. Vincent's knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past eight matchups -- so hopefully Swainsboro likes a good challenge.

St. Vincent's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past Vidalia 10-0. Fans of St. Vincent's have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 3+ goals.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Swainsboro was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They came up short against Savannah Country Day, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Swainsboro can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 189th, while Savannah Country Day are ranked 43rd).

Swainsboro's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for St. Vincent's, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

St. Vincent's took their win against Swainsboro in their previous meeting back in March of 2020 by a conclusive 10-0. Does St. Vincent's have another victory up their sleeve, or will Swainsboro turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
