Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Cormorant). They strolled past the Charleston Tigers with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 81-63. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Lake Cormorant with their most commanding win of the season.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Branderious Bankston, who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Omari Price, who scored 19 points.

Lake Cormorant now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Charleston, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Cormorant will square off against Hernando at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charleston, they will welcome Strayhorn at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
