Basketball Recap: Renton's Win Ends Seven-Game Losing Streak at Home

After losing to Issaquah the last time they met, Renton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Renton Red Hawks came out on top against the Issaquah Eagles by a score of 57-49 on Monday.

Renton's win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-11. As for Issaquah, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season.

Renton will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Si at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Renton is facing Mount Si at the right time seeing as Mount Si is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Issaquah, they will venture away from home to square off against Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
