Baseball Game Preview: Chaminade Eagles vs. Crespi Celts

The Chaminade Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Crespi Celts at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chaminade will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

Bishop Alemany hit Chaminade with a seven-run seventh inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 14-13. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Crespi lost 12-2 to Loyola on Friday. The Celts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chaminade's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Crespi, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.

Chaminade suffered a grim 8-2 defeat to Crespi in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
