Basketball Recap: Columbia Montour Vo-Tech Takes a Loss

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 40th straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 42-23 to the Sullivan County Griffins. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-13 back in December of 2024.

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Sullivan County, they moved to 4-13 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech has already played their next match (against MMI Preparatory School), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Sullivan County will face off against Millville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
