Football Game Preview: Dover-Sherborn Raiders vs. Medway Mustangs + Official Tickets

The Dover-Sherborn Raiders will venture away from home to challenge the Medway Mustangs at 6:10 p.m. on Friday. Dover-Sherborn is looking for their season's first victory.

On Thursday, Dover-Sherborn ended up a good deal behind Bellingham and lost 23-7. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts football rankings (they are ranked 226th, while the Blackhawks are ranked 100th).

The home team had won the previous five meetings between Medway and Norton, and Norton kept the tradition alive. The contest between the Mustangs and the Lancers didn't end well, with the Mustangs falling 42-28.

Medway's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Dover-Sherborn, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Things could have been worse for Dover-Sherborn, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 21-6 loss to Medway when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Raiders avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
