Soccer Game Preview: Middleton vs. East Bay

The Middleton Tigers will take on the East Bay Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with ten consecutive losses for Middleton and eight for East Bay.

Middleton fell victim to Blake and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Yellow Jackets by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, East Bay also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 8-0 to Armwood on Tuesday. The shutout was out of character for the Indians seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2024.

Middleton's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for East Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Middleton beat East Bay 2-0 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Middleton since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
