Softball Recap: Trinity Wins Going Away Against Edmonson County

Trinity got themselves on the board against Edmonson County on Tuesday, but Edmonson County never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won six matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Trinity is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.6 runs on average over those games. As for Edmonson County, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Trinity will face off against rival Butler County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Edmonson County is set to take on their familiar foe Grayson County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
