Sadly, Kaniyah Bottoms posting her best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Northampton County over Northwest Halifax on Thursday. Bottoms posted 11 points, which was good enough to set a new career-high in points in the process. She has been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned, having posted a field goal percentage of 50% or higher for three straight contests.

Looking ahead, Bottoms and Northampton County will head out to face off against North Edgecombe at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Bottoms will face off against Le'Lah Jenkins, the Warriors' star guard.
