Volleyball Recap: Green Bay East Takes a Loss

Green Bay East extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 18 on Saturday, dropping them down to 0-15. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran Blazers. If the Red Devils were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Blazers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, they now have a winning record of 14-13. The win was some much needed relief for they as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Among those leading the charge was Olivia Kirchner, who had six digs and one block.

Coming up, Green Bay East will host Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Marinette at 1:00 p.m.
