Volleyball Recap: Crescent City Beats Countryside Christian for Their Fourth Straight Win

Crescent City had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Countryside Christian Minutemen.

Crescent City found their leader in sophomore Reagan Chayer, who had 20 digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Chayer. Audrah Lewis also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Crescent City now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Countryside Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Crescent City will square off against St. Joseph Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Countryside Christian, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Meadowbrook Academy on the 6th.
