After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Vale, Nyssa was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Umatilla Vikings 52-6. That 46 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

The victory got Nyssa back to even at 3-3. As for Umatilla, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Nyssa will take on McLoughlin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will be up against the Pioneers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Umatilla, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Vale at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st.
