Basketball Recap: Erie-Prophetstown Takes a Loss

Erie-Prophetstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 56-45 to the Hall Red Devils. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Erie-Prophetstown's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Hall, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Erie-Prophetstown will welcome Alleman at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st. As for Hall, they are taking a road trip to take on Newman Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hall knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Newman Central Catholic likes a good challenge.
