Basketball Recap: Eastside Takes a Loss

Eastside suffered their biggest loss since February 1, 2024 on Tuesday. They were beaten by the Atlantic City Vikings 66-39. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Chris Finks was his usual excellent self, putting up 21 points for Atlantic City. Khajuan Roseborough was another key player, posting 11 points.

Eastside now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Atlantic City, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Eastside Tigers challenge the Cherry Hill West Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Atlantic City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ewing at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
