Volleyball Recap: Manitou Springs Victorious

Manitou Springs saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Discovery Canyon Thunder 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Manitou Springs found their leader in sophomore Ady Landen, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Manitou Springs' win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Discovery Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coincidentally, Manitou Springs and Discovery Canyon will both be playing Mesa Ridge the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will head out to face the Grizzlies at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Thunder will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
