The matchup between Lakeridge and Reynolds on Monday hardly resembled the 2-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Pacers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Raiders a 19-0 shutout. This was payback for the Pacers, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for Lakeridge and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Reynolds, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Lakeridge has already played their next game, a 4-0 win against Forest Grove on the 23rd. As for Reynolds, they will be playing in front of their home fans against McKay at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
