Westfair Christian has gone a perfect 9-0 against Illinois School for the Deaf recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Westfair Christian will head out on the road to face off against Illinois School for the Deaf at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Westfair Christian is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Varsity Opponent last Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Westfair Christian took a blow against Varsity Opponent, falling 75-44. Westfair Christian was down 52-30 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Despite the defeat, Westfair Christian got top-tier performance from Breckon Sloter, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and 12 boards. Sloter is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 56% in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Illinois School for the Deaf kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against Quincy Christian, falling 58-36.

Westfair Christian took their win against Illinois School for the Deaf in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 60-34 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for Westfair Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
