North Valleys waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Lowry Buckaroos by a score of 5-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 back in March.

The team relied heavily on Evan Birch, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. Dolan Tucker was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

North Valleys pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lowry, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-8.
