Northwest won the last time they faced Elkhorn and things went their way on Saturday too. The Vikings came out on top against the Antlers by a score of 2-0.

Ava Janulewicz paced Northwest's offense, picking up 14 kills. Janulewicz got some help from Kenna Bowman and her 20 assists.

When it comes to explaining why Elkhorn lost, don't look at Bailey Ferguson. Despite the final result, she had 14 digs and four assists.

Northwest is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Elkhorn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.

Looking ahead, Northwest will be playing in front of their home fans against Adams Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Elkhorn, they will head out to square off against Bellevue East at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
