Volleyball Recap: Natoma Tigers vs. Hanover Wildcats
Natoma and Hanover squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Natoma had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Wildcats. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-5.
Sophia Robison paced Natoma's offense, picking up two kills. Robison got some help from Lillian Carter and her two assists.
Katie Holle was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had four digs and two aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 14 times she's played.
Natoma's defeat dropped their record down to 5-26. As for Hanover, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 29-7.
Natoma didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Centre on the 21st. Hanover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
