Timberline proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Boise Brave 3-2. For the Wolves, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Brave walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Lily Mesevier paced Timberline's offense, picking up 21 kills. Mesevier got some help from Mckenna Satterfield and her 55 assists. Finally, Satterfield was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Boise lost, don't look at Katelyn Huck. Despite the final result, she had 28 digs and three assists. Huck is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played. Timberline's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Boise, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-10.

Looking ahead, Timberline will face off against Mountain View at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Boise, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Meridian on the 24th.
