Alamo Heights has gone a perfect 5-0 against Veterans Memorial recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Alamo Heights Mules will challenge the Veterans Memorial Patriots at 7:15 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Friday just wasn't the day for Alamo Heights' offense. They fell just short of Tivy by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Veterans Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Boerne-Champion. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Patriots couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Dylan Hadas, who's now up to three this season.

Alamo Heights has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Veterans Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.

Alamo Heights beat Veterans Memorial 3-1 when the teams last played back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Alamo Heights since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
