Baseball Recap: Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers vs. Belton-Honea Path Bears
After flying high against Carolina Academy last Friday, Christ Church Episcopal came back down to earth. The Cavaliers took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Belton-Honea Path Bears on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bears this season, with their most recent defeat being a 6-0 loss back in March.
Christ Church Episcopal saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bo Lowrance, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
Christ Church Episcopal now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Belton-Honea Path, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record this season.
