Softball Recap: Leto Falcons vs. Chamberlain Storm

Leto extended their losing streak to six on Monday, dropping them down to 2-15. They lost 20-1 to the Chamberlain Storm. If the Falcons were looking for revenge after losing 15-3 to the Storm when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Chamberlain, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-13. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for their hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

For Chamberlain's part, Braylynn Ausman Hall made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). Ausman Hall has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
