Volleyball Recap: West Nassau Beats Raines for Their Third Straight Win

West Nassau waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Raines Vikings. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant West Nassau was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-13, 25-8.

West Nassau's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brylei Page, who had six digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Page a new career-high. Ava Carpenter was another key player, getting 13 digs and two aces.

West Nassau's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Raines, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Looking ahead, West Nassau will host Fernandina Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Raines, they will take on ED White at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
