Basketball Recap: Arcadia/Loup City's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

On Saturday, the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels didn't have too much trouble with the Chambers/Wheeler Central Renegades as they won 51-35.

Arcadia/Loup City's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Nicole Chilewski led the charge by putting up 11 points in addition to six assists and three steals. Another player making a difference was Eva Jaixen, who went 5 for 7 on her way to 13 points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Despite the loss, Chambers/Wheeler Central still got an impressive performance from Annabel Waldo, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Heinz, who posted six points.
