Wendell entered their tilt with Mountain Home on Saturday with eight consecutive wins dating back to last season but they'll enter their next game with nine. They walked away with a 56-43 win over the Tigers.

Wendell was led to victory by Jonathan Swainston and Jett Jasper. Swainston shot 57% from the field on his way to 24 points along with six assists and six boards, while Jasper dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds. What's more, Jasper posted three steals, the most he's had since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Deegan Prince, who earned five points.

Wendell's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Mountain Home, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wendell will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Gooding at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mountain Home, they will take on Filer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
