Football Game Preview: Diamond Bar Brahmas vs. Palmdale Falcons + How To Watch

Two dominant backs in Dominic Tortorelli and Elleyon Clark are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Diamond Bar Brahmas are taking a road trip to square off against the Palmdale Falcons at 7:59 p.m. on Friday. Diamond Bar has given up an average of 32 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Diamond Bar had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least 31 points, but Chino put an end to it on Thursday. The Brahmas were dealt a 42-9 defeat at the hands of the Cowboys. The Brahmas gained 78 more yards on the day, but it was the Cowboys that made the best use of them.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Zein Abdelaziz, who picked up 101 receiving yards and one touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 61 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Manning, who threw for 192 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Palmdale came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 35-28.

A big part of Palmdale's victory came down to the chemistry between Joshua Suarez and his top target Romeo Jackson. Suarez threw for 177 yards and four touchdowns while Jackson picked up 68 receiving yards and a pair of scores. That's the most passing touchdowns Suarez has posted since back in December of 2024.

Diamond Bar's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Palmdale, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
