Recap: Stoughton vs. Oregon
On Tuesday, the Oregon Panthers were out to avenge their 51-48 defeat to the Stoughton Vikings from their previous meeting last month, but they had no such luck. Oregon has to be aching after a bruising 54-28 loss to Stoughton. That's the fewest points the Panthers have scored all year.
The defeat dropped Oregon's record to 6-12. Stoughton's victory brought them up to 18-3.
Oregon will be playing at home against Monona Grove Friday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup. As for Stoughton, they will go up against Fort Atkinson Friday. Stoughton won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
