Volleyball Game Preview: Buffalo Grove Bison vs. Barrington Fillies/Broncos + Official Tickets

Buffalo Grove hasn't had much luck against Barrington recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bison will welcome the Fillies/Broncos at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Buffalo Grove is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They won by a set and slipped past Prospect 2-1. The Bison haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Buffalo Grove who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 21-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Barrington beat Hoffman Estates 2-0 on Tuesday.

Barrington never let Hoffman Estates on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22.

Barrington's win bumped their record up to 24-12. As for Buffalo Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 14-17.
