Basketball Recap: Collins Takes a Loss

Collins came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They took a blow against Mendenhall, falling 73-24. Having soared to a lofty 64 points in the game before, Collins couldn't push the score so high this time.

Collins' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mendenhall, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Coming up, Collins is taking a road trip to take on Magee at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mendenhall, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Presbyterian Christian at 7:30 p.m.
