Baseball Recap: Brother Rice Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Brother Rice and Catholic Central, and Catholic Central kept the tradition alive. The Warriors fell 6-1 to the Shamrocks on Wednesday. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Shamrocks earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Brother Rice's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7-2. As for Catholic Central, they pushed their record up to 14-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
