Pueblo West won the last time they faced Brighton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cyclones came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cyclones.

Rylee Lambert paced Pueblo West's offense, picking up ten kills. Lambert got some help from Joie Johnson and her 16 assists. Johnson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Pueblo West's win bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Brighton, the loss snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 10-10 record.

Coincidentally, Pueblo West and Brighton will both be playing Silver Creek the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Raptors at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Cyclones will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
