Softball Recap: Bourbon County Comes Up Short

Bourbon County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Menifee County Wildcats, falling 12-6.

Bourbon County's loss dropped their record down to 2-25. As for Menifee County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-12 record this season.

Bourbon County will take on Garrard County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Menifee County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
