Volleyball Recap: Hart Gets the Win

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hart walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Ludington Orioles on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pirates have posted since October 11th.

Reese Smith paced Hart's offense, picking up 16 kills. Smith got some help from Grace Tucker and her 20 assists.

The win got Hart back to even at 22-22-1. As for Ludington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 24-19-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Hart nor Ludington have any future games scheduled.
