Soccer Recap: Nichols Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Nichols was riding high fresh off their 11-2 takedown of Bishop Timon-St. Jude on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings fell just short of the St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for Nichols in their meetings with St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute: they've now lost five in a row.

Julen Fontaneda and Gus Smith scored both of Nichols' goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Nichols now has a losing record of 1-2. As for St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, their win bumped their record up to 2-3-1.
