Basketball Recap: Rockledge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rockledge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-52 heartbreaker at the hands of the Southeastern Prep Academy Falcons.

Despite the loss, Rockledge still got an impressive performance from Conlan Oakley, who shot 78% from the field to rack up 18 points and six rebounds. Oakley has also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 50% every time he's hit the court this season. Brady Kearns was another key player, putting up eight points and eight boards.

Southeastern Prep Academy can attribute much of their success to Malachi Cadeau, who posted nine points along with seven rebounds and five blocks. Another player making a difference was Jakub Kromka, who earned five points.

Rockledge's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Southeastern Prep Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Rockledge has already played their next game, a 65-46 defeat against Lake Howell on the 29th. As for Southeastern Prep Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 40-35 win against Florida Prep on the 29th.
